In Derivatives, the course gives an   excellent theoretical background followed by applications in Indian stock market and also, the regulatory framework. Mutual funds are treated separately in a module and this includes structure of Mutual funds and their classification, offer documents, distribution and Sales practices. Advanced areas like valuation, taxation and managing a portfolio of funds are also dealt with.
