University of Leeds Study Abroad Scholarship

The School of Education, University of Leeds is offering up to 6 scholarship awards worth one half (50%) of the annual fee rate. All research students will be eligible for consideration, overseas and home/EU students, applying for full-time or part-time study provided they have not already been awarded another scholarship equivalent to 50% or more of the annual fee rate. Awards will be made entirely on merit. For full-time students, awards will be made each year for up to three years study and for part-time students for up to five years study. The successful candidates must commence their period of study by registering no later than 1 November in the year following the award. (A limited contribution towards research project costs is also available to postgraduate
research students in the School of Education). Requirements: If English is not your first language, you must also meet the Universitys English language requirements; Candidates must have received an offer of a study place for a postgraduate research degree in the School of Education and met all the normal entry requirements. Candidates who have received an offer to do a full-time or part-time postgraduate doctoral research degree in the School of Education will be automatically considered for a School of Education scholarship.

Study Abroad Maths Scholarship

The University of Southampton’s School of Mathematics has devised an extensive and valuable undergraduate scholarship programme for students to reward and encourage excellence in mathematics. Two scholarships are offered which cover the full value of tuition fees for the normal duration of study in the School of Mathematics.
Who can apply?
These scholarships will be awarded on the basis of examination performance. Each grade at A level generates a scholarship of £1,000 per annum, up to a maximum of five A grades. For International Baccalaureate each grade 6 at higher level generates a scholarship of £500 per annum (more may be awarded for grade 7). For CBSE all-India Senior School Certificate, each grade above 80 per cent from the approved list generates a scholarship of £1,000 per annum up to a maximum of five subjects.

Abertay University Study Abroad Scholarship

ABERTAY OVERSEAS MERIT SCHOLARSHIP
Rewarding an applicant’s excellence in previous academic study at undergraduate level. The
scholarship is available for all full-time taught postgraduate (masters) courses only at the Abertay University, Dundee. A total of 25 scholarships are available. The value of the award is £2,000. Who can apply?
